Jennifer has 15 years of experience in multi-family new construction and manufacturing, creating bottom-line impact through strategic operations and project management initiatives while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and enhancing the productivity of underperforming areas.

As the Project & Strategy Manager in the Operations department, Jennifer brings her expertise in re-engineering processes and defining corporate structure and operations to her role of overseeing the management of company- and organization-wide projects related to company goals and key initiatives. This position leads the company in the project management of all projects impacting HNN to continuously improve operational processes and efficiencies.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and her two fur babies. Jennifer and her family love the outdoors and are often found camping during the summers, going on road trips, and spending time near beaches.
