Jaime has 26+ years working in the property management industry, 17 of which have been with HNN. She prides herself on cultivating and leading strong teams. Jaime started in this industry as a lease-up specialist in 1997, and from there, she continued to lease up multiple communities, including a LIHTC property. While Jaime was leasing up her first tax credit community is when and where she met one of her strongest mentors, Phil Nored, an owner of HNN. Jaime was a Senior Community Manager and, at times, managed multi-sites along with supporting other communities and their teams. As of current Jaime is now the Training Manager for HNN Communities. Outside of Jaime’s career, she has two sons and a daughter who are 28, 13, and 11 years old. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. Jaime travels to Ephrata, WA. often to spend time with her parents, who would describe her as the family historian and a practical jokester.
