Amanda has spent most of her career working for start-up businesses in an operational or managerial capacity. She obtained her Bachelor of Sociology to further develop her passion for understanding and working with people. She was brought on in late 2021 to process Covid rent relief applications helping thousands of our residents through the financial obstacles related to the pandemic.

Since then, she has joined the Community Engagement team in their efforts to create a multi-faced sense of community for residents at our properties through various events and services. In addition to being passionate about people, Amanda volunteers locally with local no/low-cost spay and neuter clinics and started her own non-profit cat rescue in 2022.
