We are part of the nation’s leading dropout prevention organization, working in public schools to surround students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life.
Cocoon House
Cocoon House is a non-profit that conducts outreach to, and provides short and long term housing for homeless and at-risk young people, including their children. Parents of teens can also find support for themselves and their families at Cocoon House so that young people do not become homeless.
Des Moines Area Food Bank
Founded in 1966 by twelve area churches, the Des Moines Area Food bank became and remains a separate non profit service organization and received 501(c)(3) status in 1982. Our mission is to provide emergency food service to those who need in the cities of Des Moines, most of SeaTac, and the West Hill of Kent, Washington. No one is turned away.
The Des Moines Legacy Foundation
The Des Moines Legacy Foundation works with the community to build a brighter future through parks, recreation, and senior services in the Des Moines community.

Navos
At Navos, we offer a healing home for children, young people and adults who might be underserved, overlooked or otherwise at risk of falling through the cracks. We’re often the last hope for people with nowhere else to turn. We believe in recovery, and that each person has the potential to live a full and healthy life.

Tenant Connect
The primary goal of Tenant Connect and HNN Associates is to create a stable community by supporting residents in retaining their housing. By assisting residents with information on housing, employment, food, legal help, and other vital resources, HNN residents will be successful renters living in housing that’s affordable to them.
